EADE™
The Empowered Athlete Development Experience.
Developing the whole athlete — not just the performer.
EADE™ is a developing nonprofit initiative designed for high school athletes, collegiate athletes, former athletes, and athletes navigating transition beyond sport.
Rather than being limited to one age group, EADE™ is centered on a stage: the moment when an athlete begins asking who they are beyond performance, competition, achievement, applause, or athletic identity.
Why EADE™ Exists
Developing future leaders before the transition arrives.
Many athletes spend years developing their physical abilities while receiving little preparation for the emotional, spiritual, relational, and leadership responsibilities that await them beyond the game.
Athletics can provide structure, discipline, community, identity, mentorship, opportunity, and purpose. For many athletes, sports become the place where they feel seen, valued, challenged, and successful.
But when a season ends, an injury occurs, eligibility expires, recruitment pressure fades, or a career comes to a close, many athletes find themselves navigating a significant transition.
Who am I beyond my performance?
Who am I when the applause stops?
Who am I when there is no coach directing my next move?
Who am I when leadership is required in my home, career, relationships,
business, or community?
EADE™ exists to help athletes answer those questions before the transition arrives.
We believe athletes are more than competitors. They are future husbands, wives, parents, leaders, business owners, mentors, coaches, community builders, and Kingdom stewards.
Our goal is to help athletes develop the spiritual maturity, identity, leadership capacity, emotional resilience, and sense of purpose necessary to thrive long after the final whistle blows.
Because the greatest assignment may not be the game they play. It may be the life they are called to lead.
Strength beyond performance.
“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
1 Timothy 4:8
EADE™ is rooted in the belief that physical strength matters, but spiritual maturity, identity, character, and purpose carry eternal weight.
